Blackcurrant in Hungary: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Ordering into Hungary usually means waiting 3–7 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The honest read on blackcurrant: 8 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a blackcurrant sub-ohm kit really costs in Hungary
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft2.87 per 10 ml.
How we tested blackcurrant in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Hungary.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Ft36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Ft2.87 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On blackcurrant the budget price and the premium price can sit within Ft2.87 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
How long does blackcurrant in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Hungary we measured 7 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
