Tropical RDA Vape Meet in Hungary: the deals shortlist
Tropical in Hungary: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
What tropical costs in Hungary
If you are looking at tropical in Hungary, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Tropical in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Hungary the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical RDA really costs in Hungary
We run tropical the same way in Hungary: same RDA, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tropical in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Ft54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Ft2.35 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Is tropical legal to sell in Hungary?
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale.
How long does tropical in a RDA last?
In Hungary we measured 4 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
