Tropical in Hungary: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tropical box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run tropical the same way in Hungary: same box mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical box mod really costs in Hungary
We run tropical the same way in Hungary: same box mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tropical in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Hungary survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here

Wholesale lines to Hungary need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Hungary: about Ft3.29 per 10 ml liquid plus Ft39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Hungary?
Yes, tracked to 3–7 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
