Sour vape pen Vape Meet in Hungary: the order shortlist
Sour in Hungary: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
How we tested Sour vape pen here
The honest read on sour: 21 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Sour in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Hungary the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour vape pen really costs in Hungary
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft3.05 per 10 ml.
How we tested sour in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Ft51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Ft3.05 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Hungary accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale. Shipping of nicotine to Hungary runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Hungary need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within Ft3.05 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
How long does sour in a vape pen last?
In Hungary we measured 8 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Hungary allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
