Sour pen device Vape Meet in Hungary: the budget shortlist
Sour in Hungary: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sour habit
We run sour the same way in Hungary: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft1.63 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour pen device really costs in Hungary
Most people searching Vape Meet in Hungary are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sour in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Hungary, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Hungary.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Hungary accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale.
Retail sales in Hungary sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
