Salted prefilled pod Vape Meet in Hungary: the price shortlist
Salted in Hungary: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Coil life, liquid cost and the salted habit
Salted in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Hungary the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft2.77 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted prefilled pod really costs in Hungary
Ordering into Hungary usually means waiting 3–7 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested salted in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where salted goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Ft29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Ft2.77 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How long does salted in a prefilled pod last?
In Hungary we measured 6 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
Is salted legal to sell in Hungary?
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale.
