Salted pod kit Vape Meet in Hungary: the review shortlist
Salted in Hungary: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on salted: 20 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft3.2 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted pod kit really costs in Hungary

How we tested salted in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Hungary stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Hungary sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale. Shipping of nicotine to Hungary runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Hungary |

| Entry kit | Ft30 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Ft3.2 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Hungary allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Hungary: about Ft3.2 per 10 ml liquid plus Ft30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
