Salted 10 ml bottle Vape Meet in Hungary: the budget shortlist
Salted in Hungary: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
What salted costs in Hungary
We run salted the same way in Hungary: same 10 ml bottle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on salted: 21 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: salted in Hungary works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted 10 ml bottle really costs in Hungary
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft3.25 per 10 ml.
How we tested salted in a 10 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Hungary stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
