Plum starter kit Vape Meet in Hungary: the budget shortlist
Plum in Hungary: 17 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
How we tested Plum starter kit here
Plum in Hungary reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Hungary usually means waiting 3–7 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Hungary
Ordering into Hungary usually means waiting 3–7 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Hungary accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Hungary stocks.
- Treating the advertised Ft40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Ft3.16 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Hungary sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale. Shipping of nicotine to Hungary runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does plum in a starter kit last?
In Hungary we measured 7 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Ft3.16 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
