Plain sub-ohm kit Vape Meet in Hungary: the budget shortlist
Plain in Hungary: 9 units tested over 6 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
What the label on Plain is allowed to say
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft2.85 per 10 ml.
The honest read on plain: 9 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plain in Hungary works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain sub-ohm kit really costs in Hungary
Plain sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Hungary accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale.
Wholesale lines to Hungary need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
