Pear prefilled pod Vape Meet in Hungary: the compare shortlist
Pear in Hungary: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
What the label on Pear is allowed to say
Ordering into Hungary usually means waiting 3–7 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft3.25 per 10 ml.
The short version: pear in Hungary works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear prefilled pod really costs in Hungary
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a prefilled pod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested pear in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where pear goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Hungary stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Hungary sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale.
