Pear cartomizer Vape Meet in Hungary: the budget shortlist
Pear in Hungary: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Delivery, returns and what 3–7 business days really means
We run pear the same way in Hungary: same cartomizer, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Hungary usually means waiting 3–7 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: pear in Hungary works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear cartomizer really costs in Hungary
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft2.39 per 10 ml.
How we tested pear in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
Where pear goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Ft46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Ft2.39 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Hungary sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale. Shipping of nicotine to Hungary runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within Ft2.39 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
How long does pear in a cartomizer last?
In Hungary we measured 3 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Hungary allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
