Mint pen device Vape Meet in Hungary: the guide shortlist
Mint in Hungary: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Where buyers go wrong with mint in Hungary
A mint pen device from the starter options in Hungary costs about Ft3.57 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft3.57 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint pen device really costs in Hungary
Mint in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Hungary the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Hungary, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mint goes wrong
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does mint in a pen device last?
In Hungary we measured 2 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within Ft3.57 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
