Lime pen device Vape Meet in Hungary: the flat shortlist
Lime in Hungary: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Choosing a pen device for lime
Lime in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Hungary the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Lime in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Hungary the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime pen device really costs in Hungary
We run lime the same way in Hungary: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested lime in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lime goes wrong
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is lime legal to sell in Hungary?
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale.
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever Hungary allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does lime in a pen device last?
In Hungary we measured 7 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
