Herbal RDA Vape Meet in Hungary: the budget shortlist
Herbal in Hungary: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
Herbal RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at herbal in Hungary, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: herbal in Hungary works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal RDA really costs in Hungary
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft2.08 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Hungary stocks.
- Treating the advertised Ft42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Ft2.08 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for herbal in Hungary must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale. Shipping of nicotine to Hungary runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Hungary: about Ft2.08 per 10 ml liquid plus Ft42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Hungary allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
