Grapey sub-ohm kit Vape Meet in Hungary: the online shortlist
Grapey in Hungary: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft2.43 per 10 ml.
The honest read on grapey: 8 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long grapey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a grapey sub-ohm kit really costs in Hungary
The honest read on grapey: 8 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Ft39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Ft2.43 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Hungary accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for grapey in Hungary must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Hungary sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
Is grapey legal to sell in Hungary?
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale.
How long does grapey in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Hungary we measured 7 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
