Frozen pen device Vape Meet in Hungary: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Hungary: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft1.94 per 10 ml.
Frozen in Hungary reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Hungary
A frozen pen device from the cheapest options in Hungary costs about Ft1.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Hungary.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale. Shipping of nicotine to Hungary runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Why does frozen taste burnt?
