What a fig cartomizer really costs in Hungary
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft3.38 per 10 ml.
How we tested fig in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Hungary.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where fig goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Hungary accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Hungary need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale. Shipping of nicotine to Hungary runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Hungary: about Ft3.38 per 10 ml liquid plus Ft36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within Ft3.38 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
