Fig box mod Vape Meet in Hungary: the cheap shortlist
Fig in Hungary: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
What the label on Fig is allowed to say
The honest read on fig: 9 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run fig the same way in Hungary: same box mod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig box mod really costs in Hungary
Fig box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested fig in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Hungary, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where fig goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Hungary stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Hungary survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Hungary sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever Hungary allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within Ft2.56 per 10 ml once 3–7 business days is counted.
