Citrus pod kit Vape Meet in Hungary: the cheap shortlist
Citrus in Hungary: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
If you are looking at citrus in Hungary, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run citrus the same way in Hungary: same pod kit, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: citrus in Hungary works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus pod kit really costs in Hungary
We run citrus the same way in Hungary: same pod kit, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Hungary.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Hungary survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale. Shipping of nicotine to Hungary runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for citrus in Hungary must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does citrus in a pod kit last?
In Hungary we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is citrus legal to sell in Hungary?
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
