Blackcurrant squonk mod Vape Meet in Hungary: the price shortlist — Hungaryvapemeet
Blackcurrant in Hungary: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Where buyers go wrong with blackcurrant in Hungary
Blackcurrant squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Blackcurrant in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Hungary the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a blackcurrant squonk mod really costs in Hungary
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft1.63 per 10 ml.
How we tested blackcurrant in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Ft60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Ft1.63 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Hungary stocks.
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale. Shipping of nicotine to Hungary runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Hungary sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Hungary: about Ft1.63 per 10 ml liquid plus Ft60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
How long does blackcurrant in a squonk mod last?
In Hungary we measured 4 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
