Apple starter kit Vape Meet in Hungary: the budget shortlist
Apple in Hungary: 6 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Hungary.
Delivery, returns and what 3–7 business days really means
Apple sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run apple the same way in Hungary: same starter kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple starter kit really costs in Hungary
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Hungary that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Ft2.02 per 10 ml.
How we tested apple in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–7 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Hungary, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Hungary, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–7 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Hungary, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Hungary accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for apple in Hungary must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Hungary sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever Hungary allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is apple legal to sell in Hungary?
Hungary applies EU TPD rules; retail registration is required before resale.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
